Arystambekova Dinara Dandybayevna was born on November 19, 1984. In 2005, she graduated from the Faculty of Geography at Al-Farabi KazNU with a degree in Hydrometeorology and obtained her master's degree in 2007. From 2007 to 2015, she worked at Kazhydromet, progressing from a hydrological engineer to the head of the hydrology department in the Almaty branch. During this period, she participated in international training courses and seminars in Switzerland and Germany. In 2014, she enrolled in a PhD program at KazNU in Hydrology. In 2022, she defended her dissertation on "Spring Flood Runoff Calculation for the Plains Rivers of Kazakhstan" and obtained a PhD degree. She has publications in international scientific journals (Scopus). Since 2015, she has been a lecturer at the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology at KazNU. Her teaching experience is eight years. In 2018, she participated in the scientific expedition "From Glaciers to the Aral Sea."
